1. Retail Project Managers - Professionals who sell home energy services or improvement projects to consumers. (Example of users who sell retail such as: General Contractors; Real Estate Brokers; Mortgage Lenders; Energy Assessors; Improvement Companies; and Retail Brands)
2. Wholesale Contractors - Professionals, who provide products and trade services to those who sell, package and manage the consumer. (Service providers: Energy Auditors; Energy Raters; HVAC; Weatherization; Insulation; Renewables; Plumbing; Windows; Siding; Electrical; and Licensed Product Installers)

No Upfront Costs to Become a Professional Member

Members purchase credits either "Pay As You Go" or in "Discounted Bundles". Members use these credits to perform Billable Actions. A Billable Action represents a necessary task that is essential in creating and performing scope of work within a retrofit project.

Billable Actions:

• Project Activations - When a project (consumer) is entered in the system for processing and management - member would use only 1 credit per activation
• RFP - When a member responds to an Request for Pricing, Request for Proposal, or Request for Participation - member would use only 1 credit per action
• CSC Critical Task Completion - When a member responds to a Request for Pricing, Request for Proposal, or Request for Participation - member would use only 1 credit per task completion
• Funding Application - When a client makes a funding, rebate or terms application - member would use only 2 credits per application
